Q | Should we bring our car seats if we won't use them much?

We're going to London and France with a two- and four-year-old. We usually bring our car seats, but are being picked up by private transport van in London and plan to use public transportation and possibly taxis in London. We will train to Paris. Should we bring our car seats or leave them at home? -Lesley, California
